Like most private practices, my practice operates as out-of-network and does not directly accept insurance. This allows me to prioritize serving my clients' needs without the limitations and restrictions that come with accepting insurance directly. However, I am committed to helping you receive the maximum benefits available through your out-of-network mental health coverage.
If you are looking to receive reimbursement from your insurance, there are two options. First, I can provide you with a Superbill that includes all of the necessary information for you to submit claims to your insurance. Alternatively, I offer claim submission services to help facilitate this reimbursement process.
To determine your out-of-network mental health benefits, I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking the following questions:
Clients are responsible for payment of the session fee at the time of the session, which can be made by credit card or HSA/FSA cards. Your card information is securely stored in your client portal, and all billing documents are easily accessible to you for your convenience.
I am dedicated to helping you navigate the insurance process and maximize your benefits to receive the care you deserve. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding billing or insurance.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
